Living Well in Worcestershire is our NEW monthly newsletter that brings you useful tips and advice to support your physical and mental health.

Edition 02 February 2019

This newsletter provides practical advice and information to help you Live Well in Worcestershire. From healthy eating advice from our Dietitians to tips for improving your posture from our team of Physios, it is all about giving our readers the tools to live a healthy lifestyle or to better manager symptom sand conditions themselves.

This month we look at Time to Talk Day, a day which encourages all of us to speak about mental health, whether you have been personally affected by it or not. We also bring you updates from the Trust including AccessAble, our new accessibility guidelines to support you and your family when visiting our hospital sites.

We hope you enjoy it.

Edition 01 January 2019

January can be tough, and after the Christmas splurge and festivities it can bring you back down to earth with a bit of a bump. So for the first edition of Living Well we thought we would focus on mental well being, equipping you with useful information and signposting to services should you need a little extra support.

This edition also includes advice for taking care of your families’ health during the winter, looking at steps we can take to look after them during cold weather, including advice on heating your home, your healthcare options & caring for the young and vulnerable.
